About CSW Structural Engineers

CSW Structural Engineers can design the most challenging projects and are small enough to provide personal service on every project. We provide a variety of structural engineering services based on a diverse team of engineers. We optimize the most economical and constructible structural system for each project through experience and engineering knowledge along with collaborating with the architect, MEP engineers, contractor, and ownership requirement.

We believe that constructing an economical building is a team effort. We work with architects and developers along with the entire design team to achieve a cost-effective structure using the latest building codes and engineering design software. Each project design begins with an analysis of several structural systems that may suit the project with the final decision based on economy and construction efficiency.

Our local knowledge and design experience with all structural systems used in Florida along with innovative new engineering designs helps to deliver a project design that meets the owner’s vision.

We have a team of experienced engineers and modelers along with the principals involved in all phases of the project from schematic design to construction documents. The team works together throughout construction to deliver a project that is on schedule and within the budget requirements.

Drawings are the primary way we communicate our product. Our drawings are streamlined, well organized, and easy to read and comprehend, with sections organized to describe the project at hand. We thrive on consistency to ensure that our multi-structure projects all have the same look and feel, so there is no question that it all comes from the same "family". 

History of CSW

CSW was founded in 2006 as a small engineering firm specializing in structural design.  We have since grown to a larger organization serving a divers clientele including developers, architects, contractors, private owners, etc.  CSW’s knowledge base goes back a generation and the family legacy continues today.  CSW has progressed into a well recognized firm in South Florida that has successfully completed many large scale projects from 30 story towers to multi building over million square foot projects. 

Our Team

The team at CSW comprises over a dozen full time engineers, AutoCAD technicians, full time inspectors, office personnel, and in- house account administrators.  We are an efficient, well organized group that operates at the highest professional and ethical standards. We are always available to meet with clients to discuss their project needs in a relaxed and helpful atmosphere.
